Day 2 in Okeechobee FL

It was a big day yesterday.  The first poolside pet parade was something else.  Lots of dogs and even a parrot competed in a costume contest to show off all of our favorite pets.  The contest was judged by Jim Richards, the President and CEO of KOA Campgrounds, and if you follow my facebook page you already know that my Sheltie Smoke, won Best In Show!  He was totally awesome and a fan favorite, lol

This Octoberfest camp out, hosted by KOA Campgrounds, Fantasy RV Tours and  Lazydays RV has been very nice.  There are lots of seminars and vendor boths selling all sorts of RV related stuff.  There has been lots of good food and all the beer you can drink, which considering Rodney doesn't drink at all and my limit is 2 on a good day, we haven't been able to take advantage of the beer.  Need my kids here to help with that, lol.

We are here in Okeechobee FL

I will have pictures when I can figure it that out. Right now it's very nice here at the KOA in Okeechobee.  Weather is perfect about 80 degrees and sunny.  The German music is playing and free beer starts at 4:00pm.  Life is good!

Getting ready for Okeechobee FL

Tomorrow is when we head out to the Fantasy RV/KOA Octoberfest in Okeechobee FL. Need to get groceries into the motorhome.

Upcoming trip

We are getting ready to take a short trip to Okeechobee FL for the Fantasy RV/KOA Octoberfest.  Starts Friday for 4 days.  Should be a fun trip!
